Pros & Cons

  • The remote work. They also give generous incentives in regards to overtime work
  • Inclusivity and Environment.
  • I like that I get to work on something that is related to AI.
  • We do get trained on the workflows we're responsible for as needed.
  • The team leaders and managers are great to work with. They make for great reference people and points-of-contact for company affairs, and they do a great job of relieving the social disconnect that naturally comes from working from home.

  • There are quite a lot of miscommunications amongst managers and sometimes. It would be nice if they confirm with each other first before disseminating announcements.
