Welcome to Capgemini’s consulting virtual experience.
At Capgemini we understand that business value cannot be achieved through technology alone, it starts with people: experts working together to get to the heart of your individual business objectives and develop the most adapted solutions to fit these requirements. We believe this human-centred approach to technology is what makes the difference to our clients.
As a Capgemini graduate you will get to work on client projects whilst participating in industry-leading courses on cloud business consulting, agile foundations, project management, software engineering, architecture, UX design, DevOps, change management, business operating models, big data, strategy and transformation. From day one, you’ll be immersed in a fun, friendly and informative environment that will provide you with the opportunities to set you up for success.

Management Consulting
Our seven core values are at the heart of everything we do at Capgemini.
What I love most about Capgemini is the incredible culture. Everyone is genuinely friendly, supportive, and always willing to help one another. It creates a positive and welcoming environment that makes coming to work truly enjoyable!
Capgemini offers a rich Learning & Development platform that empowers employees to upskill in emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies through curated courses, certifications, and hands-on labs. The company fosters a friendly and supportive culture where collaboration and knowledge sharing are encouraged, making it easy to grow professionally. With clear career progression paths, internal mobility opportunities, and access to global projects, Capgemini provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth and development
Work at home flexibility and communication
The graduate cohort has been really great and supportive, including the mentors, people managers, etc. The work culture is also pretty good
One of the things I like most about working for my employer is the supportive and collaborative culture. The Sydney office has a great atmosphere, with modern facilities and a friendly vibe that makes coming to work enjoyable, especially with perks like a barista making your favourite coffee. There's a strong emphasis on flexibility, professional development, and teamwork, which helps you grow while feeling valued. The projects, like working on Azure integrations for Ausgrid, are both challenging and rewarding, giving me the opportunity to apply my skills in meaningful ways while continuously learning
My only dissatisfaction is a salary raise after graduate program, for a data scientist, 60k is way below the difficulty and value of the work
Workload can be unpredictable. Some weeks are cruisy, others are flat out. It really depends on the client and project, so it can be hard to plan ahead sometimes
It can be tricky moving into different projects and clients, where it feels like you are onboarding to a whole other company and have to manage the politics of multiple managers and multiple responsibilities
Extended bench time (in some cases).
Constant weekend work.
