Join our team to support youth programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Performs developmental assignments in youth program services to support community needs.
  • Assists the Youth Center Director in maintaining safe and secure facilities.
  • Supports the management of appropriated and non-appropriated funds with the Director.
  • Conducts special assignments aligned with the formal training plan.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • U.S. Citizenship and Selective Service registration (if applicable).
  • A degree in education, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Current certifications in CPR, first aid, and food handling.
  • Ability to meet Federal employment suitability and security clearance requirements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $49,176 to $96,666 annually, varying by location. Discounts on childcare services are available for eligible employees.
