Provide essential work/life services to eligible populations, focusing on community needs and developmental assignments.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Performs developmental assignments to assess individual and family needs.
  • Provides ongoing work/life services to eligible populations.
  • Implements and maintains installation work/life services to meet community needs.
  • Conducts special assignments in alignment with the formal training plan.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • U.S. Citizenship and registration for Selective Service (for males).
  • A degree in behavioral or social science, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet specialized experience requirements as per OPM Qualification Standards.
  • Suitability for Federal employment and willingness to serve a one-year probationary period.
  • Successful completion of all training and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $49,025 to $107,590 per year, varying by location. Additional benefits include direct deposit for all federal employees.
