Web Developer (Start ASAP)

About the Role:

Eterna Indonesia is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team! You’ll collaborate with marketing to design, develop, and optimize websites. From front-end to back-end, you’ll ensure seamless functionality and performance across devices. We are open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn, with training on new tools provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and develop website pages, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional across various devices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate and test web design ideas.
• Implement responsive design principles for optimal user experience on different devices.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate design elements and ensure seamless functionality across the website.
• Code, test, and debug both front-end and back-end aspects of the website, ensuring top performance and security.
• Monitor and improve site performance, including loading speed, navigation, and SEO optimization.
• Maintain and update websites as needed, ensuring all pages are up-to-date and functioning properly.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as you'll be working with foreign companies.
• Experience with WordPress and Wix for building and managing websites.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with website deployment and version control (Git).
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team.
• We are very open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, and Figma is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe or Canva for design-related tasks.
• Familiarity with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• A creative mindset and passion for crafting user-friendly digital experiences.
