Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program - Private Bank (Jun 2027)

Join Bank of America Private Bank’s Summer Analyst Program to gain hands-on experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients across wealth management and trust services.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work within various teams, including Relationship Management, Trust & Wealth Structuring, and Investment Management
• Assist with new business generation, prospect cultivation, and client engagement
• Manage client service activities such as digital onboarding, account openings, and asset transfers
• Handle client inquiries and coordinate with specialists and service centers for integrated service delivery
• Support account maintenance, including trust accounting transactions, deposits, transfers, and reporting
• Conduct research projects for clients and maintain investment industry research and reports
• Assess client experience across live and digital touchpoints to identify modernization opportunities
• Provide administrative coordination with trading, operations, and client service teams

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree with graduation between November 2027 and August 2028
• Demonstrated achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles
• Passion for investing and a strong understanding of finance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Independent thinking and good judgment
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
• Technical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Note: Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible
