Merrill Wealth Management seeks summer interns to support advisor teams with client service, relationship building, and wealth management solutions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support day-to-day Advisor team activities, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and the digital experience
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain relationships by providing excellent service with a client-first mindset
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness with client and business partner requests while communicating outputs to the aligned team
  • Assist with ensuring practices align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk
  • Build your network through collaboration with core banking and investment partners to prepare for a future career

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Candidates pursuing a bachelor's or direct bachelor's to master's degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Preferred: industry knowledge and understanding of investment products
  • Preferred: experience working with clients, delivering complex solutions, and providing excellent client experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual Spanish (written and spoken) preferred in some locations (e.g., New York and Miami)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this role
