Join Bank of America’s Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program to gain hands-on experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, and wealth management solutions.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work within teams in the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, or Merrill Home Office.
- Support investment strategies, platforms, and solutions across multi-asset, equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Participate in due diligence and oversight processes for client portfolios.
- Coordinate investment strategy for wealth management advisors and clients.
- Engage in roles such as Investment Strategy and Thought Leadership, Asset Allocation, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management & Strategy, Sustainable & Impact Investing, Alternative Investments, Investment Products & Platforms, Personal Retirement Product Management, and Wealth Management Specialists.
- Contribute to Merrill Home Office functions supporting wealth management strategies, tools, and processes.
- Complete a structured 10-week internship with on-the-job training, educational speaker events, coaching, and mentorship.
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree program students graduating between November 2027 and August 2028.
- Demonstrated achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
- Finance knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Technical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related technical fields is a plus.
- Experience managing and analyzing large data sets using data science tools like AI and machine learning.
- Knowledge of coding and programming skills, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Python, R, or equivalent.
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this role.
