Wealth Advisory Summer Intern (Jun 2026)

Forvis Mazars Wealth Advisors seeks an Associate Advisor intern to assist senior advisors in serving high-net worth families through a 10-week paid summer program.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in a 10-week paid internship program focused on wealth management industry overview
• Experience various roles within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm, including financial planning advisor, portfolio manager, and operations
• Develop and practice skills needed to be a successful team member
• Deliver unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to the firm's leadership team
• Work with a program sponsor in the local market alongside other interns from across the firm's geographical footprint

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Enrollment in a financial planning degree program and eligibility for CPA/CFP exams
• Solid technical financial or accounting knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Effective time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Close attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher (major and overall)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
