Dewberry seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 in Jacksonville, FL, offering hands-on project experience and professional growth.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work on a variety of water/wastewater-related projects in the Jacksonville, FL office.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to apply the latest technology to solve client challenges.
- Participate in meaningful work similar to full-time employee projects during the summer intern program.
- Engage in a summer-long group project addressing future strategic issues alongside firm leaders.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Pursuing a B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering degree.
- Prior working experience with water or wastewater utilities is a plus.
- Working knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Experience in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
