Water/Wastewater Engineer Intern (Start ASAP)

Join Whitman, Requardt & Associates as a Water/Wastewater Engineer Intern in Richmond, VA, contributing to impactful infrastructure projects.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on a variety of projects independently or with other engineers in the Water/Wastewater Group
• Designing infrastructure and buildings that improve the world
• Receiving support from team engineers while learning to complete projects at a high level

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Effective oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn about the field
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and water distribution and sewer modeling software is a plus
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship available)
