Vietnamese Speaking Account Representative - RTS International (Start ASAP)

Join RTS International as a Vietnamese Speaking Account Representative, providing customer service and resolving client issues in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Interact with clients in all aspects of customer service.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and determining solutions.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure procedures minimize risk.
• Recommend potential products or services by analyzing customer needs.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

About You:

Ideal candidates must possess:

• Skills in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, and Market Knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer relations ability with analytical and technical skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
