Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Craft compelling, audience-centric messaging and distribute content in various formats and channels for internal and external audiences.
  • Build a strong understanding of TI's corporate, employee, and leader communication strategies to ensure alignment of communication initiatives.
  • Help drive communications activities that support employee engagement and ensure employees understand TI’s priorities and focus.
  • Understand and leverage internal and external communications channels including company intranet, leader blogs, digital and site signage, employee emails, search, paid advertising, automated campaigns, social media, and influencer relations.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: Previous internship experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills enabling on-time project delivery.
  • Competency in building strong, influential relationships.
  • Aptitude for taking initiative and driving results.
