Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Identify and prioritize requirements for parts catalog improvements
- Contribute to product design and cross-functional roadmap planning
- Conduct user acceptance testing, analyze feedback, and collaborate with design and development teams on improvements
- Manage customer-facing written content development, localization, and country-specific rollouts
- Coordinate internal process design, development, and rollout to improve parts distribution-related processes
- Coordinate development of software update/provisioning stations for car computers
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including engineering, legal, quality, and IT teams
About You
The company is looking for:
- Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or relevant field with graduation in 2026
- Ability to relocate and work full-time on-site in Palo Alto, CA
- Experience with agile software development and collaboration tools (Atlassian)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and experience with databases/large datasets; scripting experience is a plus
- Understanding of or interest in the EV repair industry, eCommerce, and the Right to Repair landscape
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to operate efficiently in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site; international students should verify CPT work authorization
