University, Games Systems Engineering Intern (Jun 2026)

Join Booz Allen’s Summer Games internship to solve complex challenges in a collaborative, startup-like environment while developing technical skills.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work in teams on different challenge projects simulating a startup accelerator environment
• Develop breakthrough ideas or solutions for complex, multidimensional problems faced by customers
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders throughout the program
• Utilize Booz Allen’s products and engagement models to solve problems
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Participate in a final Challenge Cup competition and present solutions to senior leadership

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in professional, academic, or internship settings
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Ability to learn new languages and frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively in groups
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics by Winter 2027, Spring 2028, or Summer 2028

Nice to have:

• Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Projected salary range: $53,000 to $108,000 (annualized USD)
