Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Working on projects that represent real challenges faced by 3M's business units
- Assisting with product and process improvement projects using statistical expertise
- Developing statistical tools and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Coaching product development teams on statistical tools such as ANOVA, Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing
- Collaborating with innovative 3Mers worldwide within the Transportation & Electronics Business Group
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Masters of Statistics or higher from an accredited institution
- Previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Completed a minimum of two semesters by the start of the internship
- Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
