Assist in developing and evaluating age-appropriate programs for children, supporting training and curriculum specialists.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assists training and curriculum specialists in creating activity plans for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
  • Supports the development, administration, and evaluation of individual and group developmental programs.
  • Aids in training Child and Youth Program Assistants, Family Child Care providers, and other staff.
  • Provides support to the Family Child Care Coordinator for necessary training.
  • Helps maintain a training and resource library for program facilities.
  • Assists in directing cooks, food service workers, and custodial staff.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • U.S. Citizenship and registration for Selective Service if applicable.
  • A degree in education or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Completion of a 4-year course of study with Superior Academic Achievement.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background checks.
  • Experience in training and program development.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $49,025 - $86,190 annually, depending on location. Recruitment incentives and PCS expenses may be authorized.

Potential for advancement within the organization after successful completion of training and probationary periods. Salary range: $49,025 - $86,190 per year.
