TPS Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern (May 2026)

Support Adobe’s Technical Pre-Sales team by driving operational excellence, analyzing data, and innovating tools to enhance business processes.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily business operations and collaborating to improve TPS quality and efficiency.
• Analyzing performance, engagement, and operational metrics to measure TPS impact and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintaining and enhancing internal tools and scaling programs related to adoption and excellence.
• Developing storytelling and presentation skills through regular interaction with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to impactful projects while apprenticing alongside experienced Strategy & Operations team members.

About You

What you'll need:

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Available for a full-time internship from May to September 2026.
• Strong data and analysis skills, including comfort with Excel and ability to run ad hoc data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, verbally and through writing and visual presentations.
• Ability to assume leadership roles while working collaboratively within a team.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a drive to absorb new concepts and explore unfamiliar topics in depth.
• Enthusiasm for challenges and learning about the Cloud Software industry.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $30.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.

Training & Development

• Gain hands-on experience conducting analyses and developing recommendations impacting organizational structure and customer support.
• Apprenticeship alongside experienced Strategy & Operations team members.
