Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work on live projects designing, developing, and maintaining applications for business units.
• Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, make system design decisions, and deploy applications.
• Develop high-performing, low-latency electronic trading systems and complex workflows (Development Teams).
• Develop and maintain platforms, tools, applications, and infrastructure such as networks, operating systems, and databases (Enterprise Engineering Teams).
• Participate in senior management networking events, technical demonstrations, team-building activities, and community service initiatives.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree candidates graduating between December 2026 and June 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in Technology or related fields.
• No prior financial services experience required.
• For Development/Enterprise Engineering: Studying computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, software engineering, or related technical majors.
• Strong technical skills including Linux/Unix and Windows, proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, or C#), object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms, databases, and scripting.
