Join Citi’s Summer Technology Analyst Program to support and innovate critical production systems in a global financial institution.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Maintain and optimize critical live production systems to ensure health, stability, and peak performance.
- Act as a bridge between technology and business, gaining extensive business knowledge and technical skills.
- Coordinate with developers, business teams, and other technology partners to monitor end-to-end application environments in real-time.
- Manage incident and problem lifecycles, developing problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Enhance monitoring and alerting systems using tools like ITRS Geneos and Grafana.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop technical expertise in Linux/Unix, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Python automation, application servers, web technologies, networking, cloud, and containerization (Kubernetes).
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduates between Dec 2026 and May 2027 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for innovation.
- Global outlook with willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset; prior experience on agile teams is desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD, with an average of $105,000 USD.
