Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Intern (Start ASAP)

Support BCG's TMT team in finance and people functions, driving innovation and growth.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the TMT Finance function with financial reporting, analysis, and presentations for senior management.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting by compiling and analyzing financial data.
• Handling ad hoc analysis requests.
• Managing People-related databases and tracking workforce metrics.
• Collaborating on projects to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Assisting in organizing internal events and preparing communications.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, high-energy attitude and friendly communication style.
• Independence and autonomy in interactions.
• Ability to coordinate day-to-day work and apply knowledge of primary function.
• Professional, service-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:
