Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies.
• Develop code based on business requirements consistent with quality standards.
• Support testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Use appropriate tools to test, debug code, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with a cohort of new hires through training on company culture, tools, processes, and technical skills.
• Work on globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in financial technology.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Graduates between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related tech fields.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Problem solvers who thrive on innovation and enjoy tackling challenges.
• Global outlook with willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Collaborative and adaptable with prior experience on agile teams desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $105,000 USD.
• Full-time salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD.
