Technical Service Representative role at Chemetics Inc. Worley Group involves commissioning, inspection, and customer support in chemical process equipment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Verify equipment installation per Chemetics’ drawings and technical documents.
  • Commission equipment for first operation.
  • Perform turnaround inspections, troubleshooting, and related service tasks.
  • Prepare operating manuals.
  • Train customer operating and maintenance personnel.
  • Prepare commissioning and inspection/service reports.
  • Interact with customers, prepare quotations, and sell proprietary equipment spare parts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Understanding of process equipment and electrical control systems, mechanical aptitude, metallurgy, and good communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality and strong work ethic are assets.
  • University Engineering Degree (E.I.T. level) or College Technician/Technologist diploma in mechanical or materials disciplines.

Career Progression

  • Opportunity to expand into engineering design and/or other multi-discipline work over time.
