Support project execution, environmental monitoring, and remediation as part of Worley’s graduate team, contributing to sustainable solutions.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and assisting Project Managers in all aspects of project execution within the Liability, Management & Restoration (LM&R) department.
- Performing up to 80% fieldwork, including surface water/groundwater monitoring and sampling, soil sampling, drilling, test pitting, remedial excavations, detailed site assessments (DSA), and reclamation.
- Logging, texturing soils, and operating various types of environmental field equipment.
- Collecting accurate field data using best practices and following standard operating procedures.
- Coordinating and procuring project supplies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of environmental solutions.
- Preparing and executing technical reports.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all project activities.
- Participating in fieldwork, including site inspections, sampling, and monitoring, under the supervision of senior personnel.
- Maintaining keen safety awareness.
- Traveling as required for various field programs.
About You:

- Willingness to self-relocate to the designated Worley office location.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
- Recognized BSc, MSc, or Diploma degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- May have internship experience with an environmental science or engineering firm or setting.
