Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
- Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances.
- Research filing requirements and tax issues using the Internal Revenue Code, treasury regulations, and other relevant guidance.
- Manage daily client workflow and multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Draft tax technical memorandums.
- Collaborate closely with a team including Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners across various industries.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
- Plan to complete 150 credit hours between December 2026 and September 2027 to qualify for CPA licensure.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in both major and overall.
- Leadership experience in extracurricular activities preferred.
- Prior work or internship experience, preferably in accounting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-based culture.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must provide proof of work authorization (U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency); no sponsorship for entry-level roles.
