Brinkmann seeks a detail-oriented Talent Development Intern to support LMS administration, content management, and event coordination.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist in managing The Learning Hub LMS, including content uploads, user access, and troubleshooting learner issues
  • Support maintenance and curation of OpenSesame learning content aligned with organizational goals
  • Contribute to the rollout and promotion of social learning features: Discover, Coach, and Share
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person learning events, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation
  • Track learner engagement, compile feedback, and assist in preparing reports on training effectiveness and LMS usage

About You

What you'll need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or HR technology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
