Brinkmann seeks a detail-oriented Talent Development Intern to support LMS administration, content management, and event coordination.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in managing The Learning Hub LMS, including content uploads, user access, and troubleshooting learner issues
- Support maintenance and curation of OpenSesame learning content aligned with organizational goals
- Contribute to the rollout and promotion of social learning features: Discover, Coach, and Share
- Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person learning events, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation
- Track learner engagement, compile feedback, and assist in preparing reports on training effectiveness and LMS usage
About You
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or HR technology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
