Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Cisco’s internal platforms.
- Apply understanding of AI concepts and cloud-first technologies to support innovative solutions.
- Use Salesforce fundamentals (admin basics, service cloud) to track, manage, and resolve support cases efficiently.
- Communicate technical information clearly and accessibly for sellers and users of all backgrounds.
- Analyze data and trends to recommend improvements, enhancing user satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Embrace agile methodologies and contribute ideas that foster continuous learning and team success.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening in every customer interaction to ensure an inclusive and supportive experience.
About You

- Current enrollment in a U.S.-based undergraduate program (STEM or related fields preferred).
