Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet production demands.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track and manage inventory.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Procurement, or a similar field.
- Graduation between August 2025 and May 2026, with availability to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026.
- Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire.
- Authorization to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Experience supporting different programs or product lines and contract types including cost types.
- Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of the program lifecycle.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, SAP, and other business tools used in subcontract management activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500 (salary varies based on experience, education, skills, and business considerations).
