Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes, communicating with key internal stakeholders
  • Assist in root cause analysis to improve Supplier On-time Delivery metrics (S-ROTD)
  • Organize supplier information and KPI management tools, supporting team leads
  • Support continuous improvement of data management activities
  • Create and improve internal process documentation

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in supply chain operations or related fields in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from the onsite work location in Mebane, North Carolina
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong collaboration skills to convey ideas, share information, and provide project updates
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office and manage own commuting arrangements

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate between $20 - $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience
  • No relocation assistance or stipend provided
  • Internships are not eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off
