Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Support supplier onboarding and maintenance processes, communicating with key internal stakeholders
- Assist in root cause analysis to improve Supplier On-time Delivery metrics (S-ROTD)
- Organize supplier information and KPI management tools, supporting team leads
- Support continuous improvement of data management activities
- Create and improve internal process documentation
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in supply chain operations or related fields in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from the onsite work location in Mebane, North Carolina
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
- Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong collaboration skills to convey ideas, share information, and provide project updates
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office and manage own commuting arrangements
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate between $20 - $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience
- No relocation assistance or stipend provided
- Internships are not eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off
