BlackRock’s nine-week Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience mirroring a full-time Analyst role with training, mentoring, and networking.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a nine-week internship from June through August.
  • Attend orientation providing an overview of the firm and senior leader insights.
  • Receive on-the-job training and contribute to team responsibilities daily.
  • Engage in a speaker series, mentoring, and networking activities including employee networks.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Be an undergraduate or master’s student graduating between September 2026 and July 2027.
  • Apply for only one program and up to two functions within that program.
  • Complete a pre-interview assessment within five days of application submission.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly salary ranges vary by business area and location, for example:
    • Client & Product Functions: $36.05 - $55.25 (varies by state/province)
    • Corporate & Strategic Functions: $36.05 - $48.07
    • Investment: $36.05 - $56.49
    • Operations: $33.65 - $56.49
    • Technology: $38.46 - $56.49
