Join Bain & Company as a Summer Associate to gain real-world strategy consulting experience and impact client projects.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in training to build core consulting skills.
• Being staffed on a case team to work on real client projects.
• Engaging with office colleagues and MBA peers across regions.
• Contributing to projects with a palpable influence.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Studying for an MBA or advanced degree from a top business school or university.
• A solid team player who is also an independent thinker.
• A robust analytical skillset, endless curiosity, and a penchant to think the impossible.
• Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Any additional language and visa requirements for the office you wish to join.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation includes a monthly base salary of $16,000 in the United States, along with Bain’s best-in-class benefits package. Bain pays 100% of individual employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision programs, offering comprehensive medical plans without impacting your paycheck.

Training & Development:

The program includes several days of training to build core consulting skills such as business acumen and communication.

Career Progression:

Successful participants will receive an offer to return as a full-time consultant in the office they worked in, without the need for additional assessments or interviews.
