Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and asset divestments within the Unified Sectors and Advisory team.
- Collaborating closely with sector/industry teams across Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Low Carbon Transition, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Financial Institutions Group.
- Supporting the Mergers and Acquisitions team in delivering full execution capabilities and services.
- Engaging in technical projects and collaborating with colleagues across the Bank to gain practical experience.
- Participating in induction training, senior speaker events, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduation year between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Proactive with the ability to deliver in a challenging environment.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to influence peers and teams, exercise good judgment, and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, including building trust and acting in leadership capacities.
- Client and stakeholder focus with the ability to build relationships and influence at the team level.
- Commitment to compliance culture and high ethical standards.
Compensation
- Expected starting salary of $175,000 annually.
