Join Bank of America’s Subscription Finance Group as a Summer Analyst, supporting funding solutions for leading asset managers within a global financial services firm.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Draft client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports, and other transaction approval documents
  • Engage with business partners and client team members to facilitate transaction management
  • Participate in on-site client due diligence visits as needed
  • Generate detailed collateral analysis
  • Monitor and highlight key performance trends related to collateral, clients, and the industry
  • Maintain transaction pricing, return and cash flow models, and portfolio surveillance files
  • Gain exposure to financing funds investing in asset classes such as real estate, private equity, and private credit

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between November 2027 and August 2028
  • Minimum preferred GPA of 3.2
  • A combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
  • Strong interest in global financial markets and complex structures preferred
  • Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming is a plus

Training & Development

  • The program includes formal training and direct placement within the Subscription Finance Group, providing hands-on experience and exposure to financing solutions for leading asset managers.
