Join CDM Smith as a Structural Engineering Intern working on diverse public, federal, and industrial projects with a leading engineering team.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with a dynamic team of industry-leading engineers on a diverse portfolio of projects
• Perform CADD design projects and learn CDM Smith CAD Standards
• Conduct web searches and update product data
• Develop Excel spreadsheets including macro routines and repetitious calculations
• Catalog structural library materials
• Participate in field inspection work
• Review shop drawings

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
