Join 3M as a 2026 Undergraduate Marketing Intern in the Transportation & Electronics Business Group, working on real business challenges and gaining leadership exposure.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work on projects representing real customer challenges faced by 3M’s business units
- Participate in initial and ongoing training opportunities and gain exposure to senior leadership
- Develop and demonstrate effective project management skills
- Engage in projects across focus areas such as consumer and market insights, financial analysis, strategy development, marketing content planning, and execution & measurement/project management
- Collaborate with innovative 3Mers globally within the Transportation & Electronics Business Group
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Completed at least junior year (6 semesters) by the start of the internship
- Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time schedule for a 10-12 week assignment, limited to 899 hours per service credit year
- Housing and transportation stipend provided in accordance with current policy
