Support the Sponsorship and Community Programming Team at 3CDC by assisting with event execution, sponsor fulfillment, and administrative tasks in Cincinnati’s civic spaces.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting CRM for 80+ clients in the fulfillment of various partnerships, including management of deadlines and documentation.
- Delivering and retrieving promotional items, gifts, and on-site signage to partners, clients, and civic spaces.
- Collecting proof of delivery of sponsorship deliverables, including on-site photographs and screenshots of digital and social media assets.
- Creating and utilizing Excel documents to track fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
- Organizing and filing all proof of delivery digital files.
- Creating recap presentations for multiple clients in PowerPoint.
- Updating the Sponsorship and Community Programming Intern Training Manual throughout the internship.
- Performing administrative tasks such as organizing electronic filing systems, accounting, and prospecting.
- Working closely with the Community Programming team to execute on-site needs for summer camp, swim team, and other family programs in civic spaces.
- Attending select events on nights and some weekends to capture photos and support on-site sponsor activations.
- Assisting in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for select clients.
- Engaging with community partners and residents during events.
- Performing other reasonably related business duties as assigned.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- In the process of earning a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related degree program is preferred.
- Career or academic goals in event management, sales, communications, marketing, and/or sponsorship in a corporate or non-profit field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and format spreadsheets in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, with availability for select nights and weekends.
- Ability to provide own transportation to and from the 3CDC office, civic spaces, local stores, and client locations.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, creative, and outgoing, with the drive to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in making public presentations.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $15 per hour.
