Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against timelines.
- Set benchmarks, forecast, and track metrics to meet customer goals.
- Prioritize and achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
- Leverage knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles.
- Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
- Generate candidates and manage client/accounts effectively.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Prioritize time efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Available to work 40 hours per week during a 12-week summer internship between May and September 2026.
- Ability to relocate nationwide; relocation assistance provided if eligible.
- No visa sponsorship available for this role.
- Preferred: Work, internship, or leadership experience in a professional environment.
- Preferred: Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
- Preferred: Majors or concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay ranges from $24.47/hr to $52.40/hr depending on geographic market.
- Compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms as part of a total package.
