Sourcing Recruiter Intern (May 2026)

Join Amazon as a Sourcing Recruiter Intern to manage talent acquisition processes and build strong relationships with business leaders during a 12-week summer internship.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against timelines.
• Set benchmarks, forecast, and track metrics to meet customer goals.
• Prioritize and achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
• Leverage knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles.
• Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Generate candidates and manage client/accounts effectively.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Prioritize time efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during a 12-week summer internship between May and September 2026.
• Ability to relocate nationwide; relocation assistance provided if eligible.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role.
• Preferred: Work, internship, or leadership experience in a professional environment.
• Preferred: Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
• Preferred: Majors or concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $24.47/hr to $52.40/hr depending on geographic market.
• Compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms as part of a total package.
