Sophomore Summer Business Analyst internship focusing on management consulting for underrepresented groups.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Joining a client service team for 8-10 weeks.
  • Contributing to workstreams to solve client challenges.
  • Delivering solutions for Fortune 500 companies and startups.
  • Collaborating with clients and McKinsey colleagues.
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and brainstorming.
  • Creating actionable plans for client strategies.
  • Ensuring long-term impact and client trust.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • Completion or near completion of the first year of an undergraduate degree.
  • Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and independent task initiation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in rational decision-making based on data and logic.
  • Ability to create work-focused materials like PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Willingness to work outside traditional hours and travel to various environments.
