Role Overview:

This full-time position is pivotal for driving the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Software Engineer / Web Developer will work from a virtual office server in Discord, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across global teams. The role involves working as an outsourced agent for a pioneering tech company based in the USA, adhering to standard working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient, and reusable code using Laravel and React.
• Build and maintain scalable and secure APIs to facilitate seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Develop interactive user interfaces with React, styling them using Chakra UI.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Extensive experience with Laravel 8 or newer, including API development and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in React and its core principles, with experience in Inertia.js.
• Thorough understanding of MySQL 8 and effective database management practices.
• Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and available for collaboration via Discord.
• Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) hours, coordinating with the USA-based team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building dynamic interfaces with Livewire.
• Familiarity with Alpine.js and proficiency in Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development.
• Previous experience working in a virtual office environment and using Discord for daily communications.
