Software Engineering Internships (Jun 2026)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying to be considered for Rivian’s 2026 summer internship program
• Potential placement on teams such as Digital Platforms, Mobile Development (Android or iOS), Internal Applications, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Fullstack Development, Front-end Development, or Back-end Development
• Collaborating across cross-functional disciplines and with external stakeholders

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
• Active student enrollment with an expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2028
• Experience in software development and coding in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Ruby, GoLang, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team across multiple disciplines

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $25.00 to $51.00, based on location and other factors
