Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities
- Complete innovative, technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or GEA’s Micro-Factory, FirstBuild
- Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills
- Participate in networking and community volunteer projects
- Engage in optional social events including lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Computer or Software Engineering)
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to complete two or more co-op rotations before graduation (desired)
- Related coursework (desired)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (desired)
- Desire and ability to learn (desired)
- Passion for engineering (desired)
