Software Engineer New Grad - Denver (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Building high-quality code for Palantir Gotham, Apollo, or Foundry products used globally by diverse professionals.
• Participating in the full product lifecycle from idea generation, design, prototyping, to execution and shipping.
• Collaborating closely with technical and non-technical team members to understand customer problems and build effective solutions.
• Engaging with users directly to gain insights, such as touring manufacturing lines or working alongside analysts.
• Working within small teams focused on specific product aspects, while sharing knowledge across teams.
• Embracing software engineering principles of ownership, collaboration, and trust.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Experience coding in languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, users, and non-technical team members.
• Willingness to learn, make independent decisions, and ask questions effectively.
• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $145,000 - $155,000 per year.
• Total compensation may include Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.
