Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Building high-quality code for Palantir Gotham, Apollo, or Foundry products used globally by diverse professionals.
- Participating in the full product lifecycle from idea generation, design, prototyping, to execution and shipping.
- Collaborating closely with technical and non-technical team members to understand customer problems and build effective solutions.
- Engaging with users directly to gain insights, such as touring manufacturing lines or working alongside analysts.
- Working within small teams focused on specific product aspects, while sharing knowledge across teams.
- Embracing software engineering principles of ownership, collaboration, and trust.
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
- Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Experience coding in languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, users, and non-technical team members.
- Willingness to learn, make independent decisions, and ask questions effectively.
- Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $145,000 - $155,000 per year.
- Total compensation may include Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.
