Software Engineer Internship - iOS (May 2026)

Join Ramp as an iOS intern to design, build, and launch new products on a leading financial operations platform during the Summer 2026 program.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and launch new products on Ramp’s iOS App
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and identify key features
• Work with engineers to build necessary services supporting the app
• Influence technical design and engineering culture with long-term impact
• Ship products and services in cross-functional teams
• Establish and improve engineering processes, tools, and systems for scalability

About You

What you'll need:

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, graduating between Dec 2026 - 2028
• Available for a Summer 2026 internship program (May - August)
• Proficiency in SwiftUI and Swift
• Knowledge of iOS UI components and the iOS Developer Platform
• Experience contributing at least one mobile app or several features with large user reach
• Track record of shipping high-quality products/features or a portfolio of side projects
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow
• Drive to learn new technologies and adapt to different situations
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices
• Understanding of security best practices for mobile apps

Nice to haves:

• Experience with web apps (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with backend technologies (Python, Flask, SQL, OpenAPI)
• Experience with Ramp’s mobile stack: SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, The Composable Architecture, Bazel, OpenAPI & Buildkite
• Experience managing apps with App Store Connect

• Monthly rate of $11,000 plus housing stipend for NYC internship
