Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and integrate highly complex software applications within Honeywell
  • Be a dynamic and integral member of a team to achieve completion of goals
  • Generate innovative solutions in work situations by trying different and novel approaches
  • Provide value-added software features to Honeywell products for customers
  • Accelerate innovation and growth by teaming with talented engineers worldwide

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated (between August 2025 and May 2026) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field from an accredited college or university
  • Available to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
  • U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee)
  • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to develop efficient and high-quality software
  • Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
  • Experience with diverse and global teaming and partnership
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly evaluate, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis with resoluteness

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500 (varies by experience, education, skills, and business considerations)
