Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and integrate highly complex software applications within Honeywell
  • Act as an active and integral member of a team to achieve completion of goals
  • Generate innovative solutions in work situations, exploring novel ways to address problems and opportunities
  • Provide value-added software features to Honeywell products for customers
  • Collaborate with the world’s most talented engineers to accelerate innovation and growth

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Expected graduation date December 2026 or later
  • Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
  • Validated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee status) due to U.S. export control laws
  • Authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Understanding of various software development lifecycle processes
  • Ability to develop efficient and high-quality software
  • Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
  • Experience working in diverse and global teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly base pay range: $20.00/hr - $42.00/hr (salary varies based on position scope, experience, education, skills, and market factors)
  • Relocation benefits and short-term housing provided if assigned work location is 50 miles or more away (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada)
