Software Engineer - CRM (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Develop web applications using server-side languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Work with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Use server frameworks such as Express, Spring MVC, or Django.
• Contribute to core products and engineering systems.
• Launch work that solves meaningful customer problems.
• Learn and apply best practices in software design, building, and support.
• Receive mentorship and detailed feedback from experienced team members.
• Collaborate closely with peers across disciplines and build strong working relationships.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational understanding of Agile development, object-oriented design, and programming principles.
• Experience through coursework, internships, personal projects, or academics with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
• Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with frameworks or tools is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Awareness of AI concepts and basic understanding of capabilities like Generative AI.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new priorities, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range for New York: $57.50 - $78.00 per hour.
