Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning and applying software engineering principles.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to software development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions.
• Gaining exposure to different programming languages, tools, and technologies.
• Implementing software projects for integrated systems or sub-systems and contributing to project planning, reporting, and management.
• Handling single, low-risk projects with some supervision and co-owning the software content of a project or program.
• Maintaining program consistency between projects, documentation, and support.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining machine control interface standards across multiple platforms.
• Providing support and consulting for Concepting & Estimating, Software Engineering, Project Management, Installation, and Product Development.
• Analyzing program requirements and associated documentation, maintaining technical program communications with customers, and driving execution and continuous improvement efforts.
• Applying knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
• Making timely decisions in complex situations, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• (Preferred) Pursuing an advanced degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• (Preferred) Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Knowledge of C++, C#, Java, and SQL.
