Join Interactive Brokers as a Social Media Engagement Specialist, enhancing the firm's online presence and reputation.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Monitor social media channels.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Liaise with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and team-oriented attributes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 registrations or the ability to obtain licenses.
