Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Monitor social media channels.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Liaise with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues.

- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical, self-motivated, and team-oriented attributes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 registrations or the ability to obtain licenses.
