Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to or escalate client comments and inquiries
- Assist in developing content ideas that align with the brand voice and marketing goals
- Help maintain social content calendars and track posting schedules across platforms
- Support the creation of social media content designed to build brand awareness and engagement
- Learn about social media trends and platform-specific best practices through hands-on experience
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and community partner initiatives
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Self-directed approach to work with ability to manage multiple tasks (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word (preferred)
- Interest in social media content creation and strategy (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprout) (preferred)
