Support the Site Contracts team in clinical trial agreement negotiations and document management at Medpace’s Cincinnati office.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct support to the contracts team within the Site Activation and Maintenance (SAM) Department
  • Quality control of documents related to Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
  • Preparing amendments to CTAs and budgets
  • Maintaining tracking of documents through Medpace's internal database (ClinTrak)
  • Supporting the signature process for contracts

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

  • High School Diploma and currently pursuing a JD or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Communications, or Operations
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the Cincinnati, OH office; full-time preferred
  • No travel required
